Back 2 School

Are you getting ready to go back to school? Molly altered a composition notebook to make learning a bit more fun.  She used our brand new school papers on the first notebook. On her other composition notebook she altered it using Basic Grey paper.

Don't you love these cute Baby Bottle Candy Shakers? I think they are too COO-ute! I enjoy throwing parties and decorating my tabletops to look 'sweet' for my guests. These are the perfect idea for a baby shower! Below are the instructions - they are so simple to create and the results are darling.

Adornit Supplies:
46209 Boy Shaker or 46210 Girl Shaker
21644 or 21648 Precious Tiny Boy or Girl A
21645 or 21649 Precious Tiny Boy or Girl B
90113 New Arrival Clear Stamps
58802 or 58804 Baby Boy or Girl Polkas Ribbon ½"

Instructions

1. Stain or paint edges of wood cream or white.2. Trace the wood piece onto the back of Precious Tiny Girl A or Boy A patterned paper. Check placement as shown in the picture. As the wood piece is facing you, the back side of the wood should be up. This way, when you apply your paper to the wood, the correct side of the patterned paper will be showing. Cut out traced paper pieces with scissors or with an exacto knife.
3. Decoupage paper pieces to your project.
4. Seal the inside of the wood with any clear sealer. This makes the shaker safe for your hard candy.
5. Secure Plexiglas on the front and back of wood piece. To insert screws, use a thumbtack to start holes. Be careful not to overtighten the screws because the pressure many break the corners of the Plexiglas.
6. Pour candy into the shaker through the hole.
7. Adorn your Baby Bottle Candy Shaker with Adornit ribbon and accents.
